His father his elder, Elder T.E Oyakhilome, was one of the first leaders of the Assemblies of God Church in Benin City. His son Pastor Chris, was truly inspired by his father. Growing up in a Christian family is a great blessing.

It is only imaginable the joy his father must feel watching his son's efforts to spread the Gospel message of Jesus Christ being our Savior. The work of his father must have undoubtedly had a profound impact on the young Chris Oyakhilome. At just nine, he joined his first mission.

Pastor Chris and Anita are blessed with two beautiful daughters. They may have ended their union with Anita however, they cherish their lovely daughters Carissa, Sharon, and Charlene. Both live in London at the moment.

Pastor Chris's daughter Sharon, who is popular in the gospel music community by her initials CSO. Sharon is a rising star in gospel0_. In response to her father's guidance and guidance, she wrote the song that won awards Holy Spirit to demonstrate her profound Christian dedication. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome’s Nephew Dayman Oyakhilome Woghiren ranks among Africa's rising leaders. He uses his talents to encourage young people to be inspired by the Word. As a businessman and as the CEO of Carel Films Enterprise he can help spread the Good News via modern communication channels. He is in charge of the creation of more than 100 Christian music videos and animations, including "I Know Who I Am" by Sinach, "Kinging" by Rozey, "Igbunu" by Micheal Jaffe, "Untouchable" by TB1, amongst many others.

He was already the winner of three American Academy of Animation Awards by the age of 20.
